If your ceramic piece arrives damaged, please email contact@madebyvalkyrie.co.uk and we can sort you out either a refund or a replacement!

Each mug is approximately 8cm tall with a 12 cm diameter. They hold approximately 325ml liquid, however this may vary from mug to mug.

I recommend handwashing your ceramics and avoiding microwaves as much as possible to protect the colour of the glaze. As they are ceramics, make sure to treat your pieces gently to keep them in top condition.
