Do you offer international shipping?

  • We do offer international shipping! All shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive.
  • We currently do not offer shipping to customers within the EU due to the recent GPSR regulations however we hope to resolve this at the first opportunity.
  • Made by Valkyrie also cannot be held liable for any additional taxes or import fees that may incur once your parcel has left the UK. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We do not accept responsbility to accept a return or offer a refund where the customer has refused to pay any relevant fees.
  • Made by Valkyrie cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages once disptached. If you'd like to be able to check the whereabouts of your parcel, please select tracked shipping at checkout. The standard shipping option is untracked and allows us to offer a lower shipping price to customers outside the UK.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

  • We don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind. If your ceramic piece arrives damaged, please email contact@madebyvalkyrie.co.uk and we can sort you out either a refund or a replacement.

How do you pack pieces to ensure they arrive safely?

  • All ceramics are first packaged in a layer of thick brown paper and then in a protective honeycomb wrap which adds padding and protects the piece. They are then wrapped in a layer of tissue paper to add additional cushioning. When placed in their box, the ceramics are then tightly surrounded by biodegradable packing peanuts to keep them extra safe.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

  • Yes! Every part of our packaging is either recycled, recyclable, compostable or biodegradable. From the box, to the honeycomb wrap, to the packing peanuts, and even the tape and stickers we use! Please make sure to reuse it all where you can or dispose of it responsibly :)

Do you accept cancellations?

  • We do not accept cancellations.

How is best to care for my ceramics?

  • Please handwash your Valkyrie pieces and avoid using dishwashers and microwaves to preserve the colour of the glazes. As they are ceramics, make sure to treat your pieces gently to keep them in top condition.

How long will my order take?

  • If you have ordered a regular piece from a new collection, your order will be processed and dispatched within 72 hours. Please allow a few extra days on top for delivery time in the UK and between 7-25 business days outside of the UK, dependent on the shipping option you choose.
  • If you have preordered a custom ceramic, please allow 6-8 weeks processing time as your custom ceramic will be made from scratch.

Are all of your collections limited edition?

  • Yes, all of our collections are limited edition with only one chance to buy them! We think it makes each piece that extra bit special.

What materials do you use?

  • All of our ceramics are handmade using high quality and locally sourced stoneware clay. They are then glazed with lead free and top quality underglazes and topped with a food safe clear glaze.
